ESTATE IL POGGIONE

The Il Poggione Estate is a historic winery, founded in 1890, and represents one of the most important and well-known realities of the Montalcino area. 

The winery covers an area of about 600 hectares, 125 of which are planted with vineyards, 70 of olive grove, as well as arable land and woods, and produces some of the best wines in Tuscany.

Brunello from La Tenuta Il Poggione has a broad and rich bouquet that expresses scents of Red fruits, spices, tobacco, graphite and balsamic herbs.  On the palate, there is a warm, soft and enveloping sip, characterized by velvety tannins. The finish is particularly long and persistent.

In the mouth it is rich, full and structured, with a perfect harmony between tannins and acidity.

The production of Brunello di Montalcino from Il Poggione takes place. rigorously and carefully, following the entire winemaking process with great precision and care to achieve the highest quality wine.

ARGIANO WINERY

Argiano Winery is located in the heart of the Brunello di Montalcino production area in Tuscany. 

Founded in the 16th century, it is considered one of the most important and refined wineries in the Brunello region.

With a area of about 125 hectares, 52 of which are planted with vineyards, Argiano produces mainly Sangiovese grapes, but also other native and international varieties. 

The winery is equipped with state-of-the-art technology for winemaking and wine aging, but the company also respects the ancient winemaking traditions of the area.

Prominent among the wines produced by Argiano is the Brunello di Montalcino, a symbol of the winery and one of the most prestigious Italian wines in the world.
